An organization may need to prove their participation in the
E-Verify program at some point or may wish
to just keep a recent record on file.
However, it is not the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that
proves participation, but rather a
recent printout of the Participating organization’s profile page
at www.e-verify.uscis.gov.
Employer agents are able to retrieve this as well as company
administrators for each account and per
Department of Homeland Security (DHS), this will serve as proof
that the organization is a current
participant of the E-Verify program.
